Introducing "Lights, Camera, Reaction!" a 5-part series where both Shea Pierre and Kyle Paraggua take part in a series of creative and dynamic reaction drills aimed at improving:

These drills are great for basketball skills and training. All drills allow you to monitor and track your performance with the following real-time data:
# of Hits, # of Misses, Your Average Reaction Time, and the total time to complete the drill/exercise.

Episode 1: Controlled Chaos Reaction Drill
How It Works:
1️. Set up the drill by placing 16 FITLIGHTS® in a square, having 4 FITLIGHTS® on each side.
2️. Both players stand in the center of the square.
3️. Assign a specific color to each of the players. For example, player one will deactivate the color red, and player two will deactivate the color blue FITLIGHTS®.
4. FITLIGHTS® will randomly activate in the two different colors, and the task of each player is to deactivate the FITLIGHT®, which is activated in the assigned color.
Episode 2: Red, Green, Blue (RGB) Drill
It's about using creative exercises to train both the mind + body. Take a look at the lateral quickness demonstrated by Shea and Kyle, highlighted in this simple and effective drill.
How It Works:
1️. Set up the 3 FITLIGHTS® (3 feet apart) in a row (placed on tripods, poles, or a wall).
2️. Player begins the drill by standing in the middle, shuffling to the FITLIGHT® and deactivating the FITLIGHTS® in the following order: Red, Green, and Blue.
Episode 3: Read & React Circle Drill
Please take a look at how Shea and Kyle make it look easy to combine agility and speed, two critical fundamentals in any sport.
How It Works:
1️. Set up 8 FITLIGHTS® in a circle ( 2 feet apart )
2️. Player stands in the middle (approx. 3 feet from the FITLIGHTS®)
3. The task is to return to the circle's center after deactivating each FITLIGHT®.
Episode 4: 5 Light Read & React Crossover Drill
Lately, lateral speed has been an important component of any basketball player's defensive skill set. Check out how both Shea and Kyle execute this drill on the court.
How It Works:
1️. Place the first FITLIGHT® on a tripod and the remaining four FITLIGHTS® 10 yards away from the first FITLIGHT®.
2. Deactivate the first FITLIGHT® (located on the tripod)
3. Then, deactivate 1 of the 4 FITLIGHTS® and return to the first FITLIGHT®
4. Repeat
Episode 5: To The Rim Drill
Shea and Kyle show us an ideal drill for speed training to increase your strength and maximize your performance.
How It Works:
1️. Place the first FITLIGHT® at the top of the key and the remaining six (6) FITLIGHTS® (three on each side of the lane line ).
2️. Player begins the drill at the first FITLIGHT® and deactivates the FITLIGHT®, activated on either the left or ride side.
3️. Player then returns to the first FITLIGHT® and repeats the drill.
