At this time, in accordance with New York Department of health guidelines, the business entity/venue must require masking or proof of vaccination as a condition of entry. We have a group rate at the Fitzpatrick Hotel, 687 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10022 (7 minute walk from venue). The rate includes complimentary WiFi in guest rooms.
It is highly recommend that you purchase a FITLIGHT® system for this course. The course will provide attendees with specific and unique protocols designed especially for this course.

At FITLIGHT’s sole and absolute discretion, due to events outside of FITLIGHT’s control (such as, COVID-19), this event may be subject to modification or cancellation. In the event that FITLIGHT is forced to cancel the event due to COVID-19, FITLIGHT shall refund you 100% of the cost you paid to FITLIGHT to register for the seminar (i.e. $999.00 + tax, if applicable). However, if the seminar is cancelled, under no circumstances shall FITLIGHT be responsible for any incidental costs or expenses incurred by you related to the seminar, such as your flights, accommodations, etc.
